Bentonite permanent waterproofing - Volclay

We have had multiple failures of bentonite based waterpoofing systems below the water table - in particular Volclay supplied by Allco. 

The use of Volclay on blockwork as per Allco conflicts with the manufacturer CETCOs specifying documents.

THE USE OF VOLCLAY when used below the water table as a stand alone product DOES NOT COMPLY WITH BS  8102 2009 Code of Practice for protection of below ground structures against water from the ground.

Supercrete NZ and Superbuild NZ  supplied autoclaved aerated concrete 

We and others have had a terrible experience with Superbuild  NZ Ltd and Supercrete NZ Ltd supplying  faulty AAC panels.

The products sold to us by the the above company disintegrated within a year and had to be completely replaced at an approximate cost to Sparrow Construction of $160,000.
